If so, we have just what you need to get a little extra pep in your step!!!
Beginning May 5th, 2009 at 9:15, an exercise class will be offered at the Fellowship Hall of Second Baptist. Classes will be held every Tuesday at 9:15 AM and conclude at 10:15 AM. Please be on time to the first session. There will be an orientation and assessment to see what we need and where we will begin. The trainer, Ms. Sabrina Stewart, will make the assessment and tailor the workout to fit our needs. Please wear comfortable shoes and loose clothing so as to make it easier to perform some of the exercises. If you have any medical problems that would limit your ability, please inform the exercise staff before you start your routine exercises!!
